PlainVisa makes H-1B visa labor condition application (LCA) data accessible to everyone. Every employer that sponsors an H-1B worker must file an LCA with the U.S. Department of Labor, disclosing the job title, salary, and work location.

We process millions of LCA records from DOL disclosure files and present them in a searchable, human-friendly format. Our database spans FY2023 through FY2026 and is updated quarterly when new data is released.
